hi this is my first time i have commented on the late great john candy web page well what can i say about the big man thats not already been said this man in my eyes is a genuise a very funny .big man there a lot of people out there who loved john s work all of his movies were all funny esp uncle buck .trains ,planes , and my ultillmite favourte the great outdoors , that movie is hillarious , every time i watch it on dvd , john like every one else who took time out to say how they feel about john well its true we love you john and we miss you a lot we wish you were still here today to make us all laugh the way you used to john love and resepect john r.i.p. big man and yes you were taking way to soon xxxxx

My Mom and I are big fans of John Candy! For the last couple of years we've tried to find and purchase all of his movies. John was the sweetest, warmest, and funniest man/comedian to ever live - as far as I'm concerned anyway! He is much loved and much missed!

i can remember John Candy when i watched Second City in Mississauga through rabbit ears on Global in 1979 I thought John was the funniest guy ever
