Miss him. Funny man and so lovely. Was very sad when he died. I had just watched phildelphia with Tom Hanks and it came on radio, will never forget that night. I named my son Sidney James but didn't realise that was his dads name.

I love John Candy. His movies have made my life much better. my favorites are Uncle Buck, planes trains and automobiles and great outdoors. these are must see movies. but I love everything I've ever seen him in because I just love him. you left us too soon my friend.

John Candy is missed by me everyday! I made sure to show my kids ALL his classics, so now my 28,19 and 17I yr old are true fans! Just wait till my 7kids and four year old are ready!
