The thing about John Candy that I love is how his characters are always so optimistic against all the odds. He is someone I think I wish I had known he seems like he was a very nice guy even when he wasnt on a film set |

"Planes" is my favorite movie. It never fails to cheer me up. John Candy made the film, same for "Uncle Buck". He was a great actor, comic, and a real nice man. He lives on in his movies. |

John Candy was one of the best, & will remain immortalised thanks to his many excellent film portrayals. My family & I never fail to be entertained each & every time we enjoy one of Mr. Candy's films. His loss is ever felt by all of us, his multitude of fans! |

Great Talent, As the rest of you, we are saddened John is gone. But the awesome thing is, He will live forever on the screen! To watch a John Candy film is to escape the moment and laugh with friends and family truly enjoying the adventures Mr. Candy created on screen along with all the great cast members, writers and crews. Thank You John, and the rest of you. You will never be forgotten! And now if you'll excuse us, we have "Planes, Trains & Automobiles" to Catch! All Aboard! |
