| This is the pencil test for a turkey character named "Red Feather". As you can see the turkey has many of John Candy's characteristics, his laugh and also Red Feather says lines similar to those used by John Candy's character Del Griffith in Planes, Trains and Automobiles. |

| This character of Red Feathers would of been pretty cool for Pocahontas. It's a shame that John died and they had to delete the character and replace him with Meeko. John would of given this animated turkey a good comic character just like he did with Wilbur in The Rescuers Down Under! God bless you John Candy. |
