It has been a joy to share John Candy's movies with my own children. He was truly unique and will always be remembered for his tremendous talent, spirit and charm.

Uncle Buck by far was my favorite movie......his character was fantastic....jus t a hoot to watch him.....such a HUGE personality.. ...I will always remember him.....we were blessed to have him....miss you John!

I really, really miss John Candy. He died way too soon. I love his movies a lot and wish he made more. I like Planes, Trains and Automobiles the most. One of the best comedies ever made. On the end of the movie, I almost always have to cry… it’s hard not to do. He is a great person and a great actor. A quote from John Candy in the movie : Planes, Trains and Automobiles: ‘. .. but I don't like to hurt people's feelings. Well, you think what you want about me; I'm not changing. I like... I like me. My wife likes me. My customers like me. 'Cause I'm the real article. What you see is what you get.’ That is right, what you see is what you get. I will never forget him.

Right now I finish watch film "Uncle Buck". John Candy is a really wizard. He can be funny, be dramatic.. All films (whose i watch) with him i remember... John Candy was a great man. I do not consider his last movie, "Wagons East" a flop as was said. It was entertaining. I miss him.

Im a huge fan of mr Candy and grew up with his movies. I cant believe its been almost 20 yrs. my kids love his movies also....sure miss you John Candy!

I always loved John's movies. He was like the cool uncle you always wanted to hang out with. His sense of humor not to mention quickness was unbelievable. I will always be a John Candy fan. He unfortunately is gone before his time. Just think of what else he could have accomplished had he lived. Regardless his memory will live on in the work he completed. Which is a wonderful statement to the type of man he was. Your fans still love you John.

Just watched 1 of my favorite.movies of all time,planes trains and automobiles and was looking up stuff on big John. No one like him or as funny as him,one of the best for sure. Made our family laugh and watch him through his career RIP John Candy

Almost everyday john candy enters my head, I was an 80's baby and he is in nearly all of my favourite movie's.. I grew up with every christmas packed full of his films, as a mum I now share them with my children as for me he embodies the spirit of the season... His success constantly helps my 7 year old autistic son who is on the large Side. I tell him ''see he is a big guy and he was one of the best men the world ever had to offer'' I just wish you had had the time to make more... Forever a legend!

I do like this site alot thanks alot for making it. I wish that I could've met John before he went off to heaven. But I know I'll get to one day when I reach heaven. An when that day comes I can't wait to meet John himself =) .... I have almost every single movie and his sctv shows that he's ever made and I just can't get enough of him or buying his merchandise. RoseMary was a lucky woman to have had John as her Husband. Love you and miss you forever. You'll forever be in my heart and never be forgotten. Since your gone and up in heaven its hard to even consider really liking or even caring about any other celebrity !!!!
