I just wanted to share that I am still a huge fan of John's. I recently wtched Planes Trains with my daughter and her friends... and they loved it. It is strange to me that he has been gone so long... and I still remember when he passed away. He was a wonderful actor and I can only hope that the generations to follow will enjoy hi as much as we do.

Found this site by accident, But I just had to leave a tribute. John Candy was one of my favourite actors whilst I was growing up. The films he stared in are now timeless classics. I Especially loved him in Uncle Buck. Thanks for the laughs, Mate!

I never watched SNL until SCTV got canceled. That whole cast and all of the skits were so funny. John was always my favorite and any film he was in I would go see it right away. Didnt matter what role he had he could make me laugh or smile and sometimes cry. I love to introduce his films to my children who are now the same age as I was when I first saw SCTV- about 14- They love Uncle Buck! Thanks John.
