I never watched SNL until SCTV got canceled. That whole cast and all of the skits were so funny. John was always my favorite and any film he was in I would go see it right away. Didnt matter what role he had he could make me laugh or smile and sometimes cry. I love to introduce his films to my children who are now the same age as I was when I first saw SCTV- about 14- They love Uncle Buck! Thanks John.

Love your site! John Candy was the best of the best actors who could make you get a good, clean laugh in one minute & just as sad the next (e.g. Only the Lonely). But what about the cartoon series "Camp Candy?" I didn't see it on here anywhere... Anyway, thanks for preserving such an important icon and both Canadian and American legend. (I still can't believe he's gone!) Sad!
